But when I developed severe food intolerances, low energy, brain fog, and sleep issues, my well-being took a hit. Conventional medicine didn’t have the answers I needed, so I took my health into my own hands.

Through holistic lifestyle changes, I transformed my digestive health, reversed mild PCOS, and reclaimed my energy, mental clarity, and vitality. That experience led me to dive deeper into the world of nutrition, functional breathing, stress mastery, and self-care—and I never looked back.
